I don’t know what you are seeing online, but things are pretty normal here. Yeah, people are camped out in the Walmart parking lot, but other than the long line for the women’s restroom, it’s normal. Shelves are stocked. Lines are normal.
Just drove acrosss town, it took the usual amount of time. Cell service is fine. Internet is fine. Downtown feels like parade day. And I guess this is a sort of celestial parade isn’t?
Now, if everybody decides to leave Casper at 12:45 there may be a traffic jam, but for now, except for the strange eclipse cookies, all is well. Normal  even.
